Will County authorities say 34-year-old Dipeshkumar Shah of Bridgeview let himself into the room and waited for the woman to return.
They say when she came back, he attacked and sexually assaulted her.
This alleged incident happened on Thursday in Monee.
Police arrived as the attack was happening and arrested Shah when he left the room.
The woman was taken to a hospital for treatment.
