Twenty-four-year old Marvin Buhle and 20-year-old Michael Haas are charged with criminal sexual abuse and attempted criminal sexual assault.
Buhle is accused of trying to rape a woman who passed out at a party Friday night in the mount greenwood community.
Haas is accused of standing guard outside a bedroom door.
Both men are Chicago residents who worked as Merrionette Park firefighters.
Merrionette Park does not have a full-time fire department.
