Fast-food restaurant Long John Silver's is found to have least healthy meal

The group says the Big Catch meal, which includes fried haddock, hugh puppies and onion rings, is the worst meal for your health that you can buy.

They say the meal contains 33 grams of trans fat, which is more than two weeks' worth of the recommended allotment from the American Heart Association.

The group says that trans fat, also known as partially hydrogenated oils, are created in an industrial process that adds hydrogen to liquid vegetable oils to make them more solid. The AMA says that high levels increase a person's risk of developing heart disease or suffering from stroke or diabetes.

The food chain has not commented on the finding.
