8 oz. grated or finely chopped high quality semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. heavy cream
3-4 T. alcohol (rum, brandy, bourbon, grand Marnier, etc.)
dippers: banana slices, grapes, strawberries, brownies, angel food cake, marshmallows, biscotti
1. Bring cream to a boil in a small pot on the stove.
2. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir until dissolved.
3. Add alcohol and transfer to the dessert fondue pot.
4. Keep warm over a candle or serve still warm in a decorative container and serve with plenty of dippers.
