Authorities say Lula Humes left her home in the 1000-block of North Leamington Saturday morning, driving a medium gray 1987 Oldsmobile Sierra.
There is visible damage to the car's driver's side headlight, and the inside roof padding is sagging.
Humes has memory loss and wears glasses, police say. She was last seen wearing a white dress with red and blue polka dots and red flat shoes.
She is described as a black woman 5 ft. 5 inches tall and 200 lbs. with brown eyes, grey hair, and medium brown complexion.
Anyone with information is asked to call Chicago police.
