The group planned to gather outside of Advocate Christ Medical Center in southwest suburban Oak Lawn.
Earlier in the week, the activists protested outside Northwestern Memorial Hospital for the same cause.
Northwestern responded, saying undocumented patients can be added to transplant lists.
