David Bogenberger's relatives updated their 'wrongful death' lawsuit against the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and the students involved in the event.
The family's lawyer says fraternity members told the 19-year-old to keep drinking vodka at a party last November to get accepted into the organization.
The updated lawsuit adds that no one called for medical help after he and others passed out.
An autopsy determined that alcohol intoxication contributed to his death.
