Police say 23-year-old Darrell Young attacked the women.
The sexual assaults happened on July 5 in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.
Police say one of the victims is 22-year old and the other is a 61-year-old woman.
Young is being held in lieu of $750,000 bond.
