Matthew Cordle turned himself into authorities Monday.
A grand jury in Franklin County, Ohio indicted Cordle on aggravated vehicular homicide and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
In that video confession posted on YouTube, the 22-year-old said he was driving the car that went the wrong way and slammed into a Jeep on Interstate 670 near Columbus.
The incident occurred two months ago, and a 61-year-old man was killed.
