Ghemelia Butler has been arrested 10 times for trespassing at the college and for stalking her former teacher.
Police say the 34-year-old imagined in her mind that the two of them had a relationship. Butler's latest arrest was Wednesday.
She had just been released from jail but almost immediately violated an order of protection by trying again to seek out her former professor.
