Senator Dick Durbin attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening in the Arcadia Terrace neighborhood.
The new Asian Human Services Family Health Center will double the capacity of their current federally qualified health care clinic.
The new facility is expected to serve more than 10,000 patients next year.
