Angel Echevarria, 37, of the 2600 block of N. Harding, is charged with criminal sexual abuse and force. Authorities say he attacked a woman Tuesday on a CTA Brown Line train, and the victim later identified Echevarria. Police say he has was previously convicted of sexually abusing a minor.
Echevarria was taken into custody in the 900 block of West Fullerton Thursday.
