A giant letter ''A'' now stands in Daley Plaza to represent the atheist and agnostic communities.

The Freedom from Religion Foundation is behind the 8-and-a-half foot letter. It says the month of December doesn't belong to any religion and would like to see none of the displays in the public space.

Every December, private groups put up the famous Christmas and Hanukkah displays.
