Walter White gets 9 years for meth - no, not that Walter White

Walter White has been sentenced to nine years in prison for dealing meth. Not that Walter White.

This Walter White is a 53-year-old man from Montana. He just happens to have the same name as the fictitious character who was also a meth dealer.

A judge also tacked on three additional years to his sentence for a firearms conviction.

The main character in the TV series "Breaking Bad," which has been on-air on AMC for five seasons, stars Bryan Cranston as chemistry teacher-turned-meth cooker Walter White, who turns to drug production aftter being diagnosed with lung cancer.

The show was nominated for seven Golden Globes this year.
