Authorities say they have made a big break in a child pornography case in McHenry County, as police arrest a man they call the state's top trader of child porn.

Robert Huggins of Algonquin was arrested during "Operation Glass House," a statewide initiative to apprehend offenders who download and trade child pornography.

Investigators say they found child pornography at his home.

The 63-year-old has been charged with 10 counts involving child pornography and could face up to 30 years in prison.
