The national average is $3.26, but it's higher in Chicago. Triple A says the average price of a gallon of regular gas is 3-dollars 44-cents in the city.
Analysts say don't get use to this. Wholesale gasoline prices are predicted to go up more than they already have in the weeks ahead.
