One employee from that store told Eyewitness News that workers were informed Sunday that the store will close on January 19.
Eyewitness News called the company and asked for a comment.
A spokesperson said Eddie Bauer is a privately held company and does not comment on its business activities.
ABC7 was told the company looks forward to its partnership with all 13 Chicago-area stores.
