On Saturday, January 11, 2014, amateurs and pros go "arm to arm" at the Ultimate Armwrestling League's UAL6 event at the Horseshoe Casino just outside Chicago. Contestants "Monster" Michael Todd, Super Heavyweight World Champion, Rebecca Gay, Ladies #3 ranked arm wrestler, and Ana Cheri, "Arm Candy Girl," came into our ABC 7 Eyewitness News studio, along with UAL Founder Robert Drenk, to talk about the event and the rules.

Arm Wrestling Rules:
Your elbow MUST stay on the pad.
The match ends when one competitor's hand touches the pad or rope.

Keep the fulcrum of your arm in.
Maintain a good weight balance.
Use the corner of the table for support.
Pull with your body and not just your arm.
