Police say 36-year-old David Cross and 35-year-old Jeffrey Cross tied up and stabbed a teenage girl and a 20-year-old man during a robbery in the 3700-block of North Cicero Avenue.
The victims were able to escape and run to a nearby McDonald's for help.
Both suspects were arrested at the scene.
