Senator Dick Durbin toured the PCC South Family Health Center in Berwyn, where the staff is working to enroll more residents.
"This is the right move for us to make these services available to people. This is part of an evolution of our healthcare system," said Sen. Durbin.
The senator praised the PCC clinic for helping provide general medical services to people who would otherwise have to seek it at an emergency room.
