Officials say three detectives have been working on the case full time since it happened in Elkhart last month.
Twenty-year-old Krystle Dikes, who worked at the store, and 44-year-old Rachelle Godfread were shot and killed by Shawn Bair, before he was killed by police.
After the investigation, it will be sent to the Elkhart County prosecutor's office for review.
