Justice Henderson left the area of the intersection of County Farm Road and North Avenue in unincorporated West Chicago on Thursday morning, according to a statement from the sheriff's office.
He is described as a 5-foot-4, 110-pound white boy with brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen with 25-year-old Troy Beavers, a 150-pound white man with brown hair and blue eyes. They were believed to be going to Chicago, police said.
