Appeals court accepts transcripts of Blagojevich FBI wiretaps

A federal appeals court ruled that transcripts of FBI wiretaps not played at the corruption trials of Rod Blagojevich will be accepted into the appellate record.

The ruling did not indicate whether appellate judges will factor them into a decision of the former governor's appeal.

Those transcripts will remain sealed for now.

The former governor is currently serving a 14-year prison sentence.
