Saturday's keynote speaker was ABC's Good Morning America's Robin Roberts, who offered advice on achieving personal and professional success.
"Think big! Dream big! But focus small," Roberts said. "What are you going to do today? Yeah, you're going to be here. That's a big step, this is what you're doing today, but it's those day-to-day things that will get you to your ultimate goal."
Mayor Rahm Emanuel stopped by during Roberts' visit to officially welcome her to town.
He commended Roberts for being an inspiration professionally and during her health issues.
