Alinea tops Elite Traveler magazine's best restaurant list

A writer for the magazine said while molecular gastronomy is not his preferred style of food, it's impossible not to admire the sheer talent on display.

In an interview with Elite Traveler, chef Grant Achatz said his goal is to make sure Alinea is constantly evolving, and instead of following trends, he and his staff are trying to make the trends.
