Ex-congressman Patrick Kennedy honored in Chicago

The National Alliance on Mental Illness presented Patrick Kennedy with its "Humanitarian of the Year Award."

The former Rhode Island congressman has been open about his struggles with bipolar disorder and drug addiction.
