CHICAGO (WLS) -- A new round of attack ads on Sen. Mark Kirk launched Tuesday.

The Sierra Club is behind the campaign. They're upset Sen. Kirk didn't vote in favor of the Clean Power Plan, which deals with pollution in the Chicago area.

A Kirk spokesperson says the senator has shown bold action in Congress to reduce emissions and protect against air pollution.
