Boy found on Chicago's West Side reunited with mother

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 14-year-old boy found walking alone on Chicago's West Side Wednesday morning has been reunited with his mother.

Police said the boy was found at about 8 a.m. in the area of Pulaski Avenue and Congress Parkway.

The boy was initially described by police as 9 or 10 years old and unable to communicate verbally.
