Snapped bungee cord ride in Wisc. had previous violations

WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. (WLS) -- Just days after a ride at a Wisconsin Dells theme park breaks, records show the ride has previous violations.

On Wednesday, one of the bungee cords on a ride at Mount Olympus Theme Park snapped, just seconds before two people were going to be catapulted into the air. They were not hurt.

The ride was cited in 2013 for failing to show its wire rope and operations were inspected. The ride's owner was also cited in 2011 for keeping poor inspection records.
