Walmart announces new sick leave policy, bonuses for good attendance

Walmart is changing up its sick leave policy and will start paying bonuses for good attendance.

The goal is to give incentives to workers who show up every day.

Walmart also wants to build in protections for workers who have no choice but to miss work.

The company says 300,000 part and full-time hourly workers already have attendance records that would qualify them for the new bonuses.
