CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago's official Christmas tree has moved from Daley Plaza to Millennium Park for the first time, and will be lit at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The tree lighting program includes performances from Lyric Opera soprano Renee Fleming with Danielle de Niese, star of the Lyric's upcoming Bel Canto production, guitarists from the Puerto Rican Arts Alliance and cast members from the Emerald Theater's "A Charlie Brown Christmas."

The tree is located on Michigan Avenue between Randolph and Washington, near Cloud Gate. ABC7 Eyewitness News' Karen Jordan hosts the lightning ceremony.
