Ohio amusement park debuts "Cubster" ride after World Series bet

SANDUSKY, Ohio (WLS) -- An Ohio amusement park made good on a friendly wager over the World Series.

During Cedar Point's opening weekend, they renamed a ride the "Top Thrill Cubster" in honor of the Chicago Cubs, who beat the Indians last year during the World Series.

The bet was with Six Flags Great America in north suburban Gurnee, which would have featured a ride paying tribute to the Indians if things had turned out differently.
