City Council to vote on red light camera ordinance

CHICAGO (WLS) -- People in Chicago could soon have a say on where red light cameras go in the city.

It is part of a new ordinance that the full City Council could vote on Wednesday.

The ordinance calls for public meetings on camera removal and placement and flexible payment plans for violators.
