CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Chicago Office of Police Accountability (COPA) has released body cam footage of a police shooting that left a man dead last month.
COPA is investigating the fatal shooting of 33-year-old Terrell Eason by two officers. Police said they fired at Eason after he held up a gun during a foot chase on July 3.
