CTU protests charter school expansion outside Chicago School Board

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Chicago Teachers Union is picketing outside the Chicago Public School Board of Education meeting to protest the expansion of charter schools.

The School Board is meeting Wednesday morning to authorize the renewals of several major charter schools. The CTU says the expansion of charter schools hurts neighborhood public schools.
