CHICAGO (WLS) -- Ald. Will Burns asked for input from the community about the fate of Dyett High School on Chicago's South Side. He led a community meeting Monday night at King College Prep.

Dyett has been slated to close at the end of next school year. Residents have called on Ald. Burns to work to keep it open.

Parents say without Dyett, Bronzeville would be without an open enrollment high school.
