CHICAGO (WLS) -- Miguel Rico, convicted of killed two women in a drunk driving accident on the Eisenhower Expressway in 2013, has been sentenced to 18 years in prison.
The crashed killed Briana Resto and Monica Hernandez, whose faily members don't think the sentence is tough enough.
"We need stiffer laws. I'm not satisfied, he showed no remorse to me. He smiled and he laughed in the courtroom," said Kathy Resto.
Rico was driving the wrong when on the Eisenhower when his car collided with the victims'.
