Fiesta del Sol kicks off in Pilsen

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Fiesta del Sol, the largest Latino festival in the Midwest, gets underway on Thursday.

The fest brings together live entertainment, local art, a variety of food, carnival rides and a lot more.

ABC7's Roz Varon was there as the gates got ready to open.

Fiesta del Sol runs Thursday through Sunday in the Pilsen neighborhood.
