Jessica Alba's 'Honest Company' lawsuit alleges dishonesty

NEW YORK (WLS) -- Actress Jessica Alba is defending the business she founded called "The Honest Company."

The company is being sued by a customer who claims the company is dishonest. The customer accuses the company of falsely marketing its home and beauty products as "natural."

The lawsuit also claims the company's sunscreen is not effective.

In a statement, the movie star called the allegations against her company "baseless and without merit."
