CHICAGO (WLS) -- Jokes and Notes, Chicago's only black-owned comedy club, closed its doors Saturday night -- but not before offering up some laughs.

The club hosted comedians for 11 years on South King Drive in the Bronzeville neighborhood.

Among the comedians who have performed there in the past were Bill Bellamy and Mo'Nique.
