CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago family wants answers after an old tree came crashing down on their SUV.
A tree estimated to be between 80 and 100 years old had been "leaning" for a long time along North Natoma Avenue in the city's Big Oaks neighborhood.
On Sunday, the tree snapped from the trunk and smashed the silver SUV.
The falling tree just barely missed a passing car when it fell, one neighbor said.
Other neighbors said they were scared that this could happen whenever there's a big storm. They claim the city has not responded to their requests about the tree.
