Kids can visit Santa at Illinois Tollway oases

CHICAGO (WLS) -- It seems this time of year, all sorts of people stop at the Illinois Tollway oases - even Santa.

He'll be there on weekends starting this Sunday. Santa and one of his elves will visit a different one each weekend.

-Sunday: DeKalb Oasis on the Reagan Memorial Tollway (Interstate 88)

-Saturday, Nov. 21: Belvidere Oasis on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90)

-Sunday, Nov. 29: O'Hare Oasis on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294)

-Sunday, Dec. 6: Hinsdale Oasis on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294)

-Sunday, Dec. 13: Lake Forest Oasis on the Tri-State Tollway (I-94)

-Sunday, Dec. 20: Chicago Southland Lincoln Oasis on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294/I-80)

Children can stop by with their holiday wish list while their parents snap a few pictures.

Santa will also be accepting toys for the Toys for Tots program.
