Bronzeville fashion designer Kayla Perkins, 13, to launch her own magazine

Bronzeville's Kayla Perkins began designing clothes at the age of 7. Now, at age 13, she's ready to take the fashion world by storm. The young entrepreneur is looking to start her own magazine to feature her KFab designs, as well as stories from other teenagers.
