CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 26-year-old Chicago man has been charged with fatally stabbing a 42-year-old man on Christmas Eve last year in the Roseland neighborhood.
Police said Jeremy Givens was involved a verbal altercation with the victim and stabbed him in the chest in the 300 block of W. 111th Place. The victim was transported to Christ Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Givens is charged with first degree murder and is scheduled to appear in bond court on Sunday.
