CHICAGO (WLS) -- Admission fees may be going up at the Field Museum in Chicago. The Chicago Park District says the additional money is needed to cover rising maintenance and personnel costs.
Under the plan, the admission fee for Chicago residents would go up to $17 for adults and $11 for students. For non-residents, adult admission would cost $20 and the student fee would be $17.
The Park District Board will vote on the proposed increase Wednesday.
