The largest Polish festival in the U.S. returns to Chicago on Labor Day weekend. The Taste of Polonia brings four days food, music, and fun to the Copernicus Center in the Jefferson Park neighborhood. Over the course of the festival, visitors can listen and dance to more than 30 bands, playing music ranging from polka to pop! There are also symphony orchestra performances, a casino, a kids bounce zone and more! Tickets start at $5. The money raised supports the non-profit Copernicus Foundation. Chef Michael Niksic from the Taste of Polonia brought some of the delicious food you can try to the ABC 7 State Street Studios.
