CHICAGO (WLS) -- The 12th Annual Good Food Festival & Conference returned to Chicago on Thursday at the UIC Forum. The event runs through Saturday.
The festival is a celebration of the Good Food movement; which promotes locally and sustainably produced food. The Good Food Festival brings together leaders in sustainable food - including farmers, chefs, entrepreneurs and policy makers - as well as members of the public.
The Good Food Festival features speakers, panel discussions, cooking demos, and workshops.
Jim Slama, founder of the Good Food Festival, joined ABC7 from the UIC Forum to talk about the event.
