CHICAGO -- Chatham resident, Jordan Buckner, recently co-created a brand new healthy snack line called "TeaSquares." The tea-infused energy bite sized snack is made and manufactured in Englewood.

Buckner, along with his three Chicago co-founders, Adi Malik, Alex Stomp and Isaac Lozano, came up with the idea while in college.

The local entrepreneurs are trying to improve the employment prospects of many neighborhood residents.

With Buckner's family living in Englewood, he and his co-founders decided to place their current facility in the community to help provide more jobs for its residents.

Tea Squares are currently sold in six Whole Foods locations across Chicago including Evanston, Hyde Park, West and South Loop, Sauganash and Englewood.

For viewers at home, you can get $2 off your online order of TeaSquares by using the special code "WINDYCITYLIVE" at checkout.
