CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago has its first museum dedicated to food, as "Foodseum" opened its doors to visitors Saturday at a pop-up location at Block 37 in the Loop.

The museum pays tribute to its hometown with its first exhibit: "The Hot Dog and Encased Meat of the World."

Organizers say guests will be taken on an adventure through smell, touch and taste.

The exhibit runs through December 20.
