CHICAGO (WLS) -- Award-winning chef and pitmaster at Southern Cut BBQ Lee Ann Whippen visited ABC 7 with tips on how to make your holiday BBQ a success.
Chef Lee Ann's Southern Cut BBQ
BBQ Sundae Recipe
Marinate Chicken in Italian dressing for 4 hours.
Soak Applewood chips in water half hour, then place directly in charcoal.
Remove The chicken from the marinade and sprinkle with BBQ dry rub.
Grill chicken for 4-5 minutes each side until internal temperature 165 degrees.
Place baked beans in bottom third of parfait glass.
Then add cole slaw and top with pulled chicken.
Garnish with half grape tomato and dill pickle spear.
